Rachel Eikelbooms' background is in food technology and for almost 3,5 years she has been responsible for all the application work within the Scelta Inside team as an application technologist. She is working with a wide range of applications and advising customers how they can use Natural umami from mushrooms to improve their recipes on taste and health.
