Melissa Snove, Head Magician of The Magic Candy Factory (UK), thinks that 3D printing provides endless opportunities for food. Imagine a bio sensor to engineer food tailored to individual requirements with all protein and vitamins needed. Seems sci-fi but is very close. Ms. Snove was speaker at the 9th Bridge2Food Protein Summit 2016.
