Method of Payment
The two options for payment are:
- by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). Payment will be processed via Worldpay (preferred option)
- by Bank wire transfer
On the next page you can fill in all your details and choose your payment method. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for paying by credit card.
When you register before 22 January 2010, the order amount is: € 1,540 (no VAT charged). After 22 January 2010, the registration fee will be € 1,849 (no VAT charged).
After you have finished the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration. Within 48 hours you will receive an invoice for payment by bank wire transfer or an invoice as a reference for your credit card payment.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the
substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
For cancellations the following rules apply:
- Cancellations received by 4 December 2009: a refund minus 10% administration charge and when applicable credit card cost will be made;
- Cancellations received by 18 December 2009: a complete set of meeting documentation will be sent to the delegate, and 50% of the invoice value, credit card and postal mailing costs will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after 18 December: a
complete set of documentation will be sent to you. No refunds will, however, be made.
