Neil McGowan is the Global Senior Director, Regulatory and Wellbeing for Kellanova. Neil has more than 20 years experience in the food industry, the past 11 of which have been spent with the Kellogg Company. In 2023, Kellogg Company transformed into two distinct business, Kellanova and the WK Kellogg Company. For Kellanova, Neil leads a global team of talented professionals responsible for delivering the company’s food systems strategy. Prior to joining Kellogg, Neil represented the Irish Food and Drink Industry through his trade association work and previously held a variety of regulatory and nutrition science roles across the sector. He holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Master of Food Science from University College Dublin.
