Lucie Racault is a senior regulatory specialist based in Nestlé Research in Lausanne (Switzerland). She is an engineer specialized in analytical chemistry (contaminants) with a food law certification from the Michigan State University (USA). Lucie has over 15 years’ experience in research and development as senior scientist and senior regulatory affairs specialist. She is currently providing regulatory expertise on research activities at Nestlé related to novel technologies and alternative proteins in Europe and other jurisdiction in the world to enable innovation. Lucie is also supporting industry association such as Cellular Agriculture Europe.
