Prior to joining Tetra Pak, Ashish has been working with food ingredients for ~15 yrs , It is the segment of industry which is pioneer in 'the fermentatively produced end products' for use in preparing food for past more than 3 decades. Ashish has extensively worked in development and application of Starter cultures, enzymes, emulsifiers and hydrocolloids. At TetraPak, he has been a Senior Food Scientist and Head of Accelerator Lab prior to transitioning to his current role of Application sales Manager, wherein he is tasked with understating and translating new food process needs to define a Tetra Pak process solution for Biomass and Precision fermentation. Earlier at Tetra Pak, he has been heading the Accelerator Lab at Tetra Pak during my former role.
