Alex (he/him) oversees GFI Europe’s strategy, working across the whole Europe team and with international colleagues to maximise GFI Europe’s impact and advance our mission to build a sustainable, secure and just food system. He has a strong background in international leadership and management, and was the Head of Global Programmes for the world's largest equine welfare charity before becoming GFI Europe's Head of Operations in 2020, and then the Managing Director in 2023.
