John Van House represents the Chain Sales Team with Core Foodservice for Minnesota and was most recently the Corporate Executive Chef for Grand Casinos and Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures. Formerly the Executive Chef of the TPC Twin Cities and of Murray’s Restaurant in Minneapolis, John tries to find inspiration from everything around him. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Mendota Heights, MN, He has also been a featured chef at the James Beard House in New York City. John and his wife Shannon have three Children and a dog, and they reside in Coon Rapids, MN. Currently, John is the president of the American Culinary Federation's Minneapolis Chefs Chapter. He is the ACFMCC Chef of the Year for 2019.
