Stephanie Lind founded ESA (Elohi Strategic Advisors) in 2015. Though best known for leading the global sales initiatives for Impossible Foods during its 2018 break-out year, Stephanie spent 20+ years working for large and small, private equity and publicly held companies, including PepsiCo, Sysco, and Kerry. She has broad cross-functional experience, having spent time working in sales, marketing, and supply chain plus cross-channel experience in retail, foodservice and ingredient (industrial) channels.
Stephanie founded ESA to assist emerging and sustainable brands in their quests to launch in the foodservice channel. As she frequently says, “It isn’t hard but it is complicated.” With over twenty sales, marketing, insights, product development and supply chain professionals, ESA's team supports established companies in ad hoc and interim projects, and guides companies of all sizes through launching new products into the North American market with nimble, professional expertise.
She lives in Erie, PA with her Samoyeds, Zhinka and Mei Mei, and two cranky cats.
