John has spent a lifetime in the food industry.

 For the last 2 years as the MD for ENOUGH, a relatively new B2B business who operate out of Sas Van Gent in the Netherlands, producing ABUNDA mycoprotein. ENOUGH are currently concluding the commissioning phase of their purpose built, state of the art plant, with the first line giving capacity of 10,000MT and the potential for a further 5 lines in the same facility.

Previously John worked in conventional proteins for over 20 years, covering a number of global and regional roles, in the high scale processing and production of beef, chicken, pork and complimentary protein products.

He has experience of working in both branded and own label arenas, with a positive record of conceiving and delivering strategies that balance the maintenance of existing business, while delivering optimal growth potential for new business opportunities in established and new business sectors and markets.
