Kristin Soave is the Alternate Protein Platform Leader, researching and designing applications and strategies to showcase Kalsec solutions for Food Protection, Taste, and Colors in plant-based foods. Following an MS in Product Development & Design from Northwestern University and a BS in Food Science from Dominican University, she has extensive experience across various food development companies. She combines passion and creativity for food with science to create innovative and sustainable products across a wide array of plant-based applications.
