He has developed and commercialized a range of novel food and beverage products, processes, and packages in the retail, B2B, and foodservice markets worldwide for more than 25 years.. Strong supporter of industry and academia working together to co-develop innovative ideas and advance science and technology; currently works closely with the Ohio State University to represent industry perspectives in funding opportunities.
