Natsuki brings 10+ years of hands-on experience working with plant-based ingredients. Previously worked in the Northern Crops Institute (Fargo, ND, USA), her expertise ranges from cereal and non-cereal grain quality, product development, analytical chemistry, functionality and process development to food safety.
