Jenn is the Vice President of Research & Development for the Kraft Heinz NotCo joint venture. The Kraft Heinz Not Company is on a mission to disrupt the food industry by creating plant-based foods that taste just like the originals. This partnership leverages NotCo’s groundbreaking AI technology platform with Kraft Heinz’s iconic brands and massive scale to deliver mouth watering plant-based foods for all. Jenn brings over 20 years experience in product development, process technology and manufacturing. Much of her career has been focused on launching groundbreaking, plant-based products for brands such as Kite Hill and SoDelicious Dairy Free.
