Dr. Maria Antipina leads the Ingredient Development team in the Food Process Engineering capability group, spearheaded by Dr. Raffael Osen. Her research focuses on cost-efficient processing methods for regionally available raw materials (crops and side streams) to ensure sustainable manufacturing and secure functional food ingredients, including animal-free proteins.
