Katharina has studied food science and technology in Freising and Wageningen and later on completed her doctoral thesis at KU Leuven on the topic of pulse processing & digestion before joining Fabas. After having successfully launched a B2C brand in the Swiss market, the team focuses now on the development of novel protein ingredients that build the basis for product innovation in plant-based meat and dairy alternatives.
