I like simple things in general, and that applies to food! The fact that I don't opt for elaborated meals drives more than one colleague crazy!
What evoked your passion for the sector?
I worked for the animal production industry in the past and I learnt a lot about welfare standards, biosecurity, etc. After seeing how it differs to reality, I'm convinced that a protein transition is necessary, not only for the wellbeing of the animals, but also for environmental and sustainable reasons.
