Kaitlin Grady is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Public Affairs at Clever Carnivore, Inc., a Chicago-based cultivated meat company. Prior to joining Clever Carnivore, she worked in development for the Good Food Institute, a nonprofit think tank working to accelerate alternative protein innovation. She holds a degree in international studies with a concentration in global health and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently sits on the External Committee for the Chapel Hill Alt. Protein Project.
