Rodolfo is a meathead in recovery. After a long career in Meat Protein R&D with some of the largest food companies, changed gears, and focused on a global plant-based innovation strategy. There is also an entrepreneurial edge as a founding member in 3 start-ups. With Corbion he is working on expanding his knowledge and understanding of the natural microflora of plant-based ingredients, and best practices for microbial control. There is a need for continued research on pathogen risks and shelf-life improvements in this industry.
