Master in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnological Processes obtained at the University of Cagliari (Italy) in 2017. Doctorate in Industrial Engineering obtained at the University of Cagliari (Italy) in 2021. I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cagliari from July 2021 to May 2022. From May 2022 to the present date, I hold the position of Project manager and researcher in the Profuture project funded by the EU Horizon 2020 program and entitled "Microalgae Protein Ingredients for the Food and Feed of the future".

My research activity is quite varied. I worked in the simulation and modeling of water purification processes and in the field of microwave chemical reactors. During my doctorate I focused on the characterization of foods from a physical-mechanical point of view by applying materials analysis techniques (rheology, dielectric and IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, etc.) on food products (mainly bread).

I currently have 20 articles published in Scopus indexed journals with about 100 total citations, and participation in various national and international conferences.
