After a technical apprenticeship and some time abroad, Julian decided to follow his passion for engineering and food. While studying food technology, he discovered his fascination for food extrusion and the vegan products that can be manufactured with this technology. Following this, he has been working as an application engineer for an extruder manufacturer for several years. Julian has been employed at Mirgros Industrie for over two years now. There he is responsible for all R&D topics related to the extrusion of plant based foods.
