Iannis Samakidis is a Chemical Engineer with graduate studies in Food Science and Economics at Cornell University and has 28 years of working experience in the food industry, particularly in the sectors of bakery, dairy products and plant-based drinks. In 2012 he joined Novozymes and has been working on developing and implementing enzymatic solutions for customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In recent years he has been intensively involved in the innovation and further development of enzymatic solutions to improve oat drinks sensory properties and production efficiency.
