Lucia is a brand-building innovator and marketer with 15 years of advertising and CPG brand experience across various sizes of companies and categories. Lucia began her career in advertising here in Chicago, creating award-winning campaigns for various CPG clients and categories. Her passion for food and desire to learn ‘what’s behind the brief’ led her to eventually transition client side at Taco Bell in California. There, she was integral in re-launching the breakfast menu and her Taco Bell claim to fame is writing the sauce packet quotes and personalities. She made her way back to Chicago to work on the Heinz brand, where she launched 7 new products and various marketing campaigns, including a Heinz Masterbrand overhaul. Most recently at Quorn, Lucia re-launched the brand in the US. In partnership with Drew Barrymore, Lucia launched an in-house brand campaign that grew Quorn’s aided brand awareness by 11% and earned an honorable mention in AdWeek’s “Top 10 Plant-Based Food Marketing Moves of 2022.
